Return & Exchange Guidelines
- 7-Day Policy: Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Original Condition: The eyewear must be unworn, free of smudges/scratches, and returned with the hard case, microfiber cloth, and packaging intact.
- Damaged On Arrival: If received cracked or defective, report within 48 hours with unboxing pictures for priority replacement.
- Refund Turnaround: Prepaid refunds are credited to the original source in 5–7 days; COD refunds are sent via UPI / Bank transfer in 3–5 days.
