3. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

• Verification: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed and packaged on the same business day.
• Dispatch Window: All confirmed orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our fulfillment facility.
• Dispatch Days: Monday through Saturday (excluding national holidays and Sundays).

4. Shipping Charges & Delivery Timelines

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden checkout fees:

• Standard Shipping: FREE Delivery on all orders across India.
• Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): Estimated delivery within 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.
• Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Cities & Towns): Estimated delivery within 3 to 6 business days post-dispatch.
• Remote & Special Service Zones: May take up to 7 to 8 business days depending on local logistical connectivity.

5. Real-Time Order Tracking & WhatsApp Updates

• As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an automatic confirmation via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp containing your tracking number (AWB) and a direct tracking link.
• We partner exclusively with trusted national express logistics networks (including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, and DTDC) for safe handling of delicate eyewear.

6. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries (RTO)

• Please ensure your shipping address, landmark, and 6-digit pin code are accurate at checkout.
• Our courier partner attempts delivery up to 3 times before returning the package to our warehouse (RTO).
• If a package is returned due to incorrect contact details or doorstep refusal, our support team will reach out to arrange re-dispatch upon address verification.
